Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine
The handheld fiber laser welding machine is the gun unit in our welding range. Use it for fast seams on sheet and fabrications in the workshop or on site. Raycus or MAX source, 1000–3000W, water-cooled wobble head; optional wire feeder. Many builds also support cleaning and cutting heads.
Best for
- Sheet metal, stainless kitchens, door and window frames, railings, furniture, elevator panels
- Repair and mixed jobs where a programmed cell is too rigid
- Shops moving off MIG/TIG on thin-to-medium sheet
Not for
- Lights-out repeat paths all day (automatic)
- Marking serials (fiber marking)
- Thick structural plate beyond the quoted thickness band
vs siblings
Handheld is the operator-guided gun. Automatic is the enclosed, programmed table.

FAQs
- Is it a marker?
- No. Different family from handheld fiber marking.
- Wire always?
- Only if the joint needs fill. Wire is a consumable.
- Thickness?
- Quote 0.5–6 mm as a band, not a guarantee on every alloy.
