CO2 Laser Cutting and Engraving Machines
CO2 laser machines cut and engrave non-metals at 10.6 μm: wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, rubber, paper and similar organics. This is not a metal marker. We supply engraving beds and higher-power cutting beds.
Who this family is for
Use CO2 when the job is signage, packaging, garments, leather, displays, crafts or furniture parts in wood, acrylic or fabric.
It is the wrong first choice for steel and aluminium identification, for PCBs and heat-sensitive plastics, for deep stamped metal IDs, and for joining sheet metal. See fiber , UV , dot peen and welding .
How it works
A sealed CO2 tube (10.6 μm) is steered by gantry or galvo, depending on the bed. Software is typically RDWorks or LightBurn. Cutting machines on this range are water-cooled. The tube is a wear item — not a “zero consumable” fiber source.

FAQs
- Will it cut steel?
- No. Structural metal is fiber cutting (not in this family) or a different process. This CO2 range is for non-metals.
- Engrave vs cut?
- Engraving is surface contrast and shallow depth. Cutting is a through-kerf. Many shops need both; we spec the bed and wattage to the thicker job.
- Tube life?
- The CO2 tube wears. Plan replacement; this is not a 100,000-hour fiber source.
Tell us the material, thickness, bed size and whether you need a through-cut or a surface mark.
