CO2 Laser Cutting Machine
The CO2 laser cutting machine is the through-cut unit in our CO2 range. Use it for acrylic, MDF, plywood, cardboard, fabric, leather and foam when you need a kerf, a larger bed and higher wattage than an engraver. 80W to 300W at 10.6 μm, water-cooled.
Best for
- Displays, packaging, garments, stencils, furniture and shopfit parts
- Through-cuts in non-metals on beds from about 600×900 mm up to 1600×2500 mm
- Repeat nests with air-assist and exhaust
Not for
- Steel plate or structural aluminium
- Fine jewellery hallmarking (gold fiber)
- Surface-only artwork as the only job (the engraver may be enough)
vs siblings
Cutting is power, bed and kerf. Engraving is DPI and contrast. The acrylic job page owns the acrylic keyword — this page owns the machine.

- Engrave as well?
- Many cutting beds can engrave; spec the job. If engraving is 90% of the work, start with the engraver.
