Fly UV Laser Marking Machine
The fly UV laser marking machine is the inline unit in our UV range. Use it when heat-sensitive parts stay on a conveyor — PET, film, cables, plastic housings, medical devices — and the mark must happen without stopping the line. Photocell or encoder trigger; serial, batch, date and shift can change in software.
Best for
- Pharma, FMCG and packaging codes on plastics
- PET bottles, films, cables, medical disposables
- Line-rate UID where fiber heat would damage the part
Not for
- One-off bench jobs (desktop UV)
- Gold jewellery (gold fiber)
- Moving metal components as the main job (fly fiber)
vs siblings
Fly UV is line-synced cold marking. Desktop UV is stop-and-mark.

FAQs
- Fiber fly or UV fly?
- Metal-heavy lines → fiber fly. Heat-sensitive plastics and many bottles → UV fly. Sample decides.
- Must the line stop?
- No, if trigger, speed and mark window are set correctly.
