Desktop UV Laser Marking Machine
The desktop UV laser marking machine is the workstation unit in our UV range. Use it when heat-sensitive parts come to a bench — electronics, medical or plastics cells. It marks at 355 nm, 3W to 10W, with low heat into the bulk of the part.
Best for
- PCB and component IDs at a station
- Plastics, glass and medical-grade parts that cannot take fiber heat
- Cleanroom or enclosed electronics cells
Not for
- Deep metal engraving (fiber or dot peen)
- Moving bottles and film at line rate (fly UV)
- Gold jewellery hallmarking (gold fiber)
vs siblings
Same 355 nm process as portable and fly. Desktop is the fixtured station. Portable moves between benches. Fly is line-synced.

Features
- Cold UV mark — low melting and yellowing versus fiber on many plastics
- Optional motorized Z, precision rotary, UV-blocking enclosure, exhaust, XY table for small batches
Materials
Plastics, PCBs, glass, ceramics, coated electronics, many medical polymers. Metals are not the reason to buy this machine. Always trial dark, filled or glass-filled plastics.
Applications and industries
Accessories
Motorized Z, rotary, UV-blocking window enclosure, fume extraction, automated XY table.
Why this model
A dedicated UV cell when the part must not cook — and the operator brings the part to the machine.
FAQs
- Is this a PCB machine?
- It is a UV marker often used on PCBs. The job page is PCB marking.
- Enclosure?
- Recommended: UV eye safety and fume control.
- 7W vs 10W?
- Speed and stubborn contrast. We set it after a sample.
